Spotlight: Structural Revival at Kamalaya
I recently had the pleasure of returning to one of my all time favourite retreats, multi-award winning Wellness Sanctuary and Holistic Spa, Kamalaya in Koh Samui. One of the reasons I love this destination so much is the range of programs that mean you can return year after year and address all types of wellness concerns or simply de-stress.
This time I was participating in the Structural Revival program, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The program is designed to help individuals improve their posture, alignment, and overall physical well-being through a combination of targeted treatments such as Myofascial Release Therapy and Traditional Therapeutic Massage, Pilates, and other exercises.
One of the things that I appreciated most about the program was the level of personalisation. I completed a questionnaire that assessed my current physical condition and any specific areas of concern. This information was then used to create a customised program that was tailored to my individual needs.
The instructors were all incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, and I felt like I was making progress with each session.
But Kamalaya isn't just about exercise - it's also about overall wellness. In addition to the physical and relaxation sessions, I also had the opportunity to participate in mindfulness and meditation sessions on the included schedule of daily activities, which helped me to focus on my breath and relax my mind.
All in all, I would highly recommend the Structural Revival program at Kamalaya to anyone looking to improve their physical well-being. The instructors were fantastic, the program was personalised to my needs, and I felt like I made real progress during my time there. It was a truly wonderful experience and I’ve decided I will share more about all the programs available over the year so stay tuned to learn more about all the offerings at Kamalaya.
